ABOUT SHOTCLOCK CALENDAR SYNC
ShotClock Calendar Sync is an internal workforce scheduling integration operated by Trickshot ehf. It connects selected staff calendars in Google Calendar with planning bookings in Trickshot's private ShotClock system.
The integration is intended only for authorized Trickshot personnel. It is not a public customer service, and this information page does not provide access to ShotClock or expose its private network address.
WHAT THE INTEGRATION DOES
ShotClock Calendar Sync provides two-way synchronization between selected Google calendars and ShotClock Planning:
- A Planning booking created or changed in ShotClock can create, update, or remove the corresponding Google Calendar event.
- An event created, changed, or removed in a mapped Google calendar can create, update, or remove the corresponding Planning booking.
- Multi-day Planning bookings are represented by one Google Calendar event for each included workday.
- Event identity and synchronization metadata are retained to prevent duplicates, recognize completed synchronization, and safely identify conflicting edits.
The integration synchronizes planning and scheduling information only. It does not synchronize ShotClock time entries, time tracking, expenses, estimates, CRM records, project files, or customer media.
GOOGLE PERMISSIONS
ShotClock Calendar Sync requests these Google Calendar permissions:
1. View the list of calendars the authorizing Google account is subscribed to. This is used to discover calendars and allow an administrator to select the specific calendars that will be mapped to ShotClock staff members.
2. View and edit events on calendars accessible to the authorizing Google account. The Google permission technically permits event access across those accessible calendars. ShotClock is configured to read and write events only in calendars that a Trickshot administrator has explicitly selected and mapped for synchronization.
For mapped calendars, the integration may process calendar and event identifiers, calendar names, event titles, descriptions, start and end dates and times, event status, update/version information, and private synchronization metadata.
HOW GOOGLE DATA IS USED
Google Calendar data is used only to provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the scheduling synchronization described above. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to build advertising profiles, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

AUTHORIZATION AND CONTROL
The Google account owner authorizes the integration through Google's OAuth consent process. A Trickshot administrator controls which calendars and staff mappings are enabled. Authorization can be revoked through the Google Account permissions page, and a staff member may ask Trickshot to disable their calendar mapping.
Removing authorization or disabling a mapping stops future synchronization after the change has been processed. Existing ShotClock planning records may remain as company operational records as described in the Privacy Policy.
TERMS OF USE
ShotClock Calendar Sync may be used only by Trickshot and personnel authorized by Trickshot. Users must not attempt to access calendars, accounts, or ShotClock information they are not authorized to use.
Users remain responsible for reviewing important scheduling information and reporting unexpected or incorrect synchronization. Trickshot may suspend or disable the integration when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of data. The service may occasionally be delayed or unavailable because it depends on Google Calendar, network access, and internal ShotClock services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
